Take A Break (TAB) sheet

$0.99

Every teacher should have a place where students can take a break and reset emotionally and mentally in their classroom. This place does not have to be very big or very fancy. However, it should include things that the student can use to process how they feel and reset.

This Take A Break sheet is an excellent tool for students to quickly process what happened and how they are feeling. I have used it in the past by laminating it and having students use a dry erase marker to fill it out quickly.

I usually also include Mandalas & coloring pencils, a small book of crossword search, and blank sheets in my TAB (take a break) space.

There are two sheets. The first TAB sheet is the complete version. The second tab sheet has the strategies box intentionally blank so that you may add your own if you wish to.

Enjoy!
